MINDFULNESS: BE HAPPY NOW
Mindfulness: Be Happy Now is a feature film documentary produced and directed by Larry Kasanoff featuring testimonies from Deepak Chopra, Thich Nhat Hanh, Sharon Stone, Oliver Stone, Cesar Milan, and many more.
Brought to the west by Zen Buddhist Monk Thich Nhat Hanh, who was once nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., mindfulness has recently gained mainstream popularity in both the media and in mental health treatment.
This documentary shows you how to embrace mindfulness in your own life.
A new documentary featuring Hanh, called “Mindfulness: Be Happy Now,” shares what producer and director Larry Kasanoff describes as a “non-denominational message” for people interested in learning more about the life-altering practice.
The opening scene captured me, as Thich Nhat Hanh seemed to embody everything that I hope practicing mindfulness will bring into my own world.
The documentary is finally out and well worth watching. I realize that I am not impartial in saying this because I am in it, but I would say so even if I had not made the final cut.
